Christian Love Help Center

The Christian Love Help Center Homeless Shelter was established in 1985.































































Located at 418 S. 18th Street in New Castle, this is the only homeless shelter in Henry County.































































The shelter sleeps a maximum of 15 people and is most often at capacity.  































































The shelter is not a walk in shelter.































































People who wish to stay at the shelter must fill out an application and submit a criminal background check (provided at no charge by The Henry County Sheriff's Department).

    I am looking for a shelter in New Castle, IN area that accepts clothing donations. I have close to 200 pieces of clothing, girls, newborn to 6 months.

    I recently had a tripple bypass and was in rehab for awhile the last 3 months has been really hard on me i have been staying at my daughters house but she has five little kids andits not working out she said thank you

    I am purging my closets and will have clothing, good shoes that could be worn for a job interview, some half bottles of cologne {husband is sensitive to scents}, possibly some jewelry sets, a coat or two, Biolage shampoo {half bottles as my daughters and granddaughters changed brands} and miscellaneous items Do you accept these items? I prefer to give them away instead of trashing them if I can, and preferably to a women's shelter. Thank you!
