Lalitamba Saranam (fondly known as Fredericks Place after their cat mascot) is a holistic women's shelter, including female youth and victims of domestic violence, in the heart of New York City.
They offer support with benefits and housing applications, as well as a comprehensive life skills program to encourage guests to be all that they can be.
The environment is home-style. Meals are balanced.
