Human Services Programs Of Carroll County

Founded in 1987, Human Services Programs of Carroll County, Inc.(HSP)is Carroll County's designated Community Action Agency.































































HSP offers a continuum of in-house services to meet social needs, resolve crisis situations and make referrals to other local service agencies.































































HSP partners with other agencies to ensure that solutions are provided and that services are unduplicated by coordinating its programs with other agencies.

    We have a lot of women's and men's clothes to donate, all in very good condition and instead of Goodwill, we'd like to donate them to local shelters or programs. Can you please make recommendations? Thank you, Tracy

    I Have two HUGE boxes of unused skincare, skincare samples and TONS of makeup that I would like to donate if there is a need... Also some misc. items-makeup bags, coffee mugs, etc. Please let me know... Thanks Kathy

    I have unopened soaps and shampoos/conditioner from various hotels. I’ve picked them up when we travel. Would you have use for them or know of an organization that would?

    I have some good quality used clothing for women that I would like to donate to the shelter if you can accept it. I just removed it all from my own personal closet and chests so it is clean.
