Outreach teams are mobile who seek and engage with individuals and families experiencing homelessness at places and areas in which they congregate including beaches, tents, caves, parks, lava tubes and buses.
Staff provides the provision of emergency supplies makes an assessment of their needs and connects people to community resources to improve their way of living with the ultimate goal of safe, stable housing.
Staff links people to health care services, social security benefits, workforce development, job training opportunities, emergency shelters, transitional housing and/or find them a home in the private market place.

I would like to know if you provide shelter for my daughter who is 7 and myself. I'm a stay at home mom and her father just kicked me out. I don't want to leave her behind. All my family is in Arizona and I have no way to get a hold of them since my phone is disconnected.
