My Sister's Place Domestic Violence Shelter provides a domestic violence shelter. They provide shelter and services to women and their children who are fleeing domestic violence. They are always in need of: non-perishable food itemslaundry suppliesfull-size toiletriesincluding toothpasteshampooconditionerlotionsoap etc. and feminine hygiene productsTo donate, call 480.821.1024 or helpmsp@cc-az.org. They are one of only two confidential domestic violence shelters in the East Valley and they only place one family per room, providing a more private and comforting environment for their safety and recovery.

    I have several bags of women’s clothes I would like to donate. Some for summer wear and some for cool weather. Some casual and some that could be used for professional work. It’s all clean, some still in cleaners plastic.

    I have a queen size mattress that was only used for two months. It is a firm mattress and needed to purchase something softer. A mattress pad has always been used. Would you be interested?

    I have 2 twin, Sealy mattresses, that are from a smoke free home and have been rarely used. I can send photos, if that helps. Can you use them or do you have a client who would be interested?
