    This shelter is not actually in Eagle Pass, it is in Carrizo Springs about 45 minutes away. I was only there for 2 weeks. I had to leave because the drive (gas) was too much & I was only working part-time. It helped a lot at the time. The fact that EP did not have an actual shelter was very disappointing as I was forced to move back in with my abuser. Hopefully, one day they will have their own shelter.
