YWCA of Monterey County

YWCA of Monterey County provides shelter accommodations for high-risk families in crisis whose lives are threatened and face homelessness without intervention. Program offers a free 8-week program in a home-like nurturing atmosphere with individual rooms for each family. This program allows women to begin a healthy process and set-up an independent lifestyle with counseling, support groups, weekly case management, and access to other vital services to ensure safety of the occupants and their successful transition out of crisis.































































Shelter provided:































































24 hours x 7 days a week Administration, monday-friday































































Requirement:































































Women, with children under 18 years ageescaping domestic violenceMust be drug and alcohol free.

    Soy una madre soltera con tres hijos y no tengo hogar me he estado quedando con amigas family y hotel si tengo trabajo pero. No tengo un hogar. Tengo 3 hijos de 14- 8-6 de edad.

    Have adult summer clothing and winter clothing. Clothes are clean and not stained or damaged. Have coats. Some are business attire and others for general wear. No Children’s clothing. Women’s and teens sizes. Sizes extra small through Large. 4s through 12-14.

    I have tons of teen female clothing and shoes do you accept donations? I'd rather it go to a shelter than to be resold.

    I wanted to know if you accept clothes donations. I have bags of kids and women clothes some are for men and boys also shoes and some toys
